Shipping policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy: - 

Domestic Shipping Policy (USA-Lower 48 States)

Shipment processing time

Orders received before 12pm EST are processed on the same business day. All other orders are processed on the following business day. Shipping times in the lower 48 States in the US are as follows:

Standard: 3-7 days

2-day Expedited: 2 days 

Overnight: 1 day (20lb max weight per order for overnight shipments)

Expedited and Overnight shipping is only available for orders with less than 10 units per order.

Domestic shipping times and rates vary for the States other than the lower 48 States which fall under Zone 9, Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Greenland, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO. (max weight per order: 20lb) 

Orders may not be shipped or delivered on certain holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is an event of a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays may occasionally occur, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Posturepalshop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Posturepalshop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy (Outside USA)

All International orders will be in compliance with the shipping policy of our International shipping partner, DHL Express.

Expedited and Overnight Shipping options are not available on international orders. 

Shipping rates and options are calculated upon checkout, based on the address provided.
